Holger Groß is the founder and majority shareholder of Groß Interim Management. He himself has been working for over 17 years in top management consulting and guides clients as an interim executive or advisory body.
With a small team of personalities, Groß Interim Management offers expert knowledge at the top management level for medium-sized family-owned companies (from around 100 employees) seeking professional guidance and assistance concerning far-reaching change processes.
